The Law of Vibration 4.0

Today I wrap up the discussion on the law of vibration. I’ve been talking about the elements that are all contributing factors to our vibration. I invite you to listen to these last four episodes over and over. Knowledge is not enough. We must gain an understanding.  If you don’t know what is contributing to the state of vibration you’re in, (cause), you won’t be effective trying to change it.

This is all about moving to a different frequency in your life.  Decide that it’s time to live on the frequency of your highest aspiration and you’re as good as there. This is one of the laws that precedes the law of attraction. Remember, attraction is an effect, vibration is a cause.

Decide right now that it’s time to make a shift in your life. A shift in your vibration. It’s time to change the station you’ve been immersed in by moving the dial to a different frequency. The frequency of the life you would love to live!

Firmly Forming Affirmations

I often hear people share their affirmations with me and I just cringe! Poor structure and the inefficient use of words can actually work to attract what we don’t want. So many times I hear people say, actually affirm, “I am not going to get sick, I am not going to get sick,” over and over and over again. Formed in this way they are actually assuring themself that they will indeed get sick!

We have to work with the way our subconscious mind works. We have to understand what it hears and goes to work on for us. In the previous paragraph I used the example of getting sick but we must be mindful of what we are affirming in every area of our lives. Sometimes we don’t set out to intentionally form an affirmation yet every “I Am” statement IS an affirmation!

Think about this and review the areas of your life where you may be affirming what you don’t want. Change your words, change your life.

What Does Your Future Look Like?

What Does Your Future Look Like? Have you given this question any thought lately? To think about our goals and dreams, deciding what we truly want, is one thing; it’s another to consider the bigger picture. Think about companies like Kodak that filed for bankruptcy in 2012 and had to go about reinventing itself because of suffering from myopia.

Look how the face of transportation and the taxicab industry has changed with the entrance of Uber and Lyft. Both companies are software companies, they don’t even own any cars!  The same with Airbnb, the biggest hotel company in the world yet they don’t own any properties. The list goes on and on.

Before we know it the automotive companies will be replaced by Tesla, Apple and Google, computers on wheels will replace our cars. We’ll just call for computer on wheels to take us to our destination. The energy  industry is changing daily too.

The healthcare and legal industries are rapidly experiencing an evolution as artificial intelligence is proving to have a 90% accuracy rate compared to 70% by humans in these fields.

It may be time for those of you living in your comfort zone of “I’m good, I don’t need to think about my dreams and goals,” to wake up and consider the bigger picture. You’re condition, situation and circumstance can change in the blink of an eye. Are you prepared?

Habits

When we set out on a course to achieve our BIG DREAM goals, we have to do some housekeeping. One way we do this housekeeping is to examine our habits.

I invite you to spend some time taking an inventory of all your habits. Just like you made a list of all the things you want to experience in your life, make a list of your habits too. Take some time to really put some thought into this exercise.

What we are doing here is identifying all the negative habits and activities that we engage in on a regular basis.

From Thoughts to Results

So often we want to see different results show up in our lives but we keep seeing the same old thing day after day. It’s the groundhog day effect. It’s also the definition of insanity; doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

In this episode I describe what is happening here. We’re  taking a look at our current circumstances, which we may not like, so we have thoughts about our circumstances and conditions, develop feelings about the situation we’re in and then take actions that are in alignment with those feelings we have, thereby giving us the results that keep showing up day after day.
