The Law of Vibration 4.0

Today I wrap up the discussion on the law of vibration. I’ve been talking about the elements that are all contributing factors to our vibration. I invite you to listen to these last four episodes over and over. Knowledge is not enough. We must gain an understanding.  If you don’t know what is contributing to the state of vibration you’re in, (cause), you won’t be effective trying to change it.

This is all about moving to a different frequency in your life.  Decide that it’s time to live on the frequency of your highest aspiration and you’re as good as there. This is one of the laws that precedes the law of attraction. Remember, attraction is an effect, vibration is a cause.

Decide right now that it’s time to make a shift in your life. A shift in your vibration. It’s time to change the station you’ve been immersed in by moving the dial to a different frequency. The frequency of the life you would love to live!

Frequency Shift

Don’t like the results that you consistently see showing up in your life as unfavorable conditions, situations and circumstances? You MUST shift your frequency! It’s like changing the channel on the radio or TV. Don’t want all the news all the time but you want relaxing music? What do you do? You change the channel, you change the frequency you’re tuned into. So it is with our lives.

Firmly Forming Affirmations

I often hear people share their affirmations with me and I just cringe! Poor structure and the inefficient use of words can actually work to attract what we don’t want. So many times I hear people say, actually affirm, “I am not going to get sick, I am not going to get sick,” over and over and over again. Formed in this way they are actually assuring themself that they will indeed get sick!

We have to work with the way our subconscious mind works. We have to understand what it hears and goes to work on for us. In the previous paragraph I used the example of getting sick but we must be mindful of what we are affirming in every area of our lives. Sometimes we don’t set out to intentionally form an affirmation yet every “I Am” statement IS an affirmation!

Think about this and review the areas of your life where you may be affirming what you don’t want. Change your words, change your life.
