Effective Personal Leadership for Women™ consists of online access to all course materials and content, an optional LMI Profile Evaluation Assessment, individualized guidance to help you to establish specific, measurable goals, and to discover more of your own purpose, mission and vision, all while realizing your infinite potential.
This is a certificate program also consisting of 12 small group sessions, a Kickoff bonus session, and a graduation. All sessions are held bi-weekly, for approximately two hours. Your professional facilitator, Tené K. Kosmyna, will guide you through this exciting process.
