Allowing Peace To Fill Me
For a moment I suspend all activity and move from the outer to the inner, spending some quiet time with my breath. As I draw in I notice there is something more, something blissful added to each inhale.
Peace beyond measure fills me and I notice that each breath contains the Spirit of Life, Love and Wisdom; perpetually present to nourish Itself as Its Presence is what I Am made of and is my essence.
Each breath brings more joy as if to say ‘I Am here so My joy may be in you and so that your joy may be complete.’
The familiar words fill me with the intoxicating presence of Divine Love soothing my soul. And all this is happening right here in this eternal moment of right now with every breath I breathe. – Stephen J. Kosmyna
