In the last episode I spoke extensively on the importance of your own ongoing development and taking responsibility for your results. Personal, professional and leadership development is always about choice, yours. We must ceaselessly invest in ourselves if we are to eliminate longing and discontent by making a quantum leap from where we are now into the life we would love to live.

Living our passion and living on purpose takes some work. Most of us get stuck at some point never realizing our loftiest dreams and goals. We settle back into our comfort zones and shrug it off by settling for less often saying, “Maybe for others but it’s not to be for me.”
