What DON’T You Want?

So often I speak with people, asking them about their big dreams, and I hear; “I don’t know what I want.” That’s because most people have rejected their big dreams because they don’t believe it is possible for their dream to come true. Most people have become comfortable settling for their current conditions and experience. Others truly don’t know what they want or I should say, they don’t think they know what they want.

One of the easiest and fastest ways to decide what you want is to consider what you don’t want. Seriously, spend some time with this. Sit down with pen and paper and write down what you don’t want in your life. Write down what you don’t want to experience. Then consider the law of opposites. Look at your list and ask yourself what would be the polar opposite of what I don’t want?

With this simple exercise, it won’t take long to develop a list of what you truly want to experience in your life.

In today’s episode I go into more detail about identifying what you want. Don’t miss this one!

Frequency Shift

Don’t like the results that you consistently see showing up in your life as unfavorable conditions, situations and circumstances? You MUST shift your frequency! It’s like changing the channel on the radio or TV. Don’t want all the news all the time but you want relaxing music? What do you do? You change the channel, you change the frequency you’re tuned into. So it is with our lives.

Listen in today for more details and how to “tune in” to the life you would love to live!

Fall in Love with Your Soul

What are you? Who are you? Most of us have been asked this question at one time or another. And most people would answer these questions by stating what they do. For instance we might ask someone these questions and their response might be, “I’m a butcher” or “I’m an attorney, or a mechanic or a banker or a teacher.” However, these answers are what you do and are not what or who you are.

From time to time it’s wise to slow down and stop all the chasing and seeking. If we would spend some time with our soul we will move into the realization that what we seek is actually seeking us.

It’s time to fall in love with who and what we are. It’s time to fall in love with life and living, with our soul and with giving. When we start to live from the inside out we’ll start to see everything we want rushing in to meet us more than halfway.

Listen to today’s entire episode for a wakeup call. It’s time to start living life and it’s time to stop following the herd.

Foggy?

Often I hear people say they feel like they are in a fog when it comes to life and living. That can mean different things for different people. My foggy might not be the same as your foggy. However, whatever the fog is, we have to find our way through it.

Like an airplane pilot relies on and trusts the navigation system to move through fog, so must we find our navigation system. It’s in there, it’s all inside. Today we take a step to more clarity in our lives with a simple exercise to jump start our navigation system.

Please listen, comment and share.

Are You Serious?

Really, are you serious? I see it all the time. People will identify their dream. They’ll decide on a goal, that once realized, will satisfy their inner longing and discontent. They’ll get to work on it and so often I will see them lose interest! WHAT?

Perhaps they set the wrong goal but most often they are allowing their old paradigms to kick in. You must change the paradigm and you must get serious making your goal a priority.

Ask yourself a few questions. Are you on track? Do you put your goal up on the shelf and just take it down once in a while? It must be a priority.  You must continue to fan the flames of that burning desire. It’s so easy to get comfortable and just relax, but comfort will get you nowhere and comfort will kill your hopes and dreams.

Let’s talk about changing your paradigms!

Ken Blanchard said:

“There is a difference between interest and commitment. When you’re interested in doing something, you do it only when it’s convenient. When you’re committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results.”

So are you serious and committed or are you just interested in messing around from time to time living a lukewarm life?
