The Law of Polarity – Find and Replace – Five Good Habits to Fill the Void

In the last episode I offered you five simple life-changing practices you can begin to implement right away that will foster personal and professional transformation in a very short period of time.

You’ll need to listen to the last episode but it was about fasting from five negative habits almost everyone has. When we do that we create a void and a vacuum that we must fill in with something so the negative habits don’t come rushing back in.

In this episode we look at the five points on our fasting list then look to the law of polarity for help us to fill in the gap we create.

If you’re tired of what keeps showing up as your results and life experiences, chances are you can point to one of the five habits discussed in the last episode as the cause of your unwanted, negative results. As you continue your fast, work on bringing in the replacements. Change your habits change your life. This episode offers you the replacements.

We’re moving away from habitual activities that are inefficient and do not serve our greater good and creating new positive habits that are in alignment with our goals and worthy ideals.

Don’t allow yourself to skim over these last two lessons. I said it was simple but it’s not always easy. Remember, you have habitual thoughts, words, actions and feelings, and you’ll need to take a look at all of them. These last two episodes will get you moving in the right direction; finding and replacing.

Make a commitment to “fasting” from these negative habits, replacing them with these positive habits and your transformation will be infinitely spectacular!

Becoming the Ideal You

I’ve been discussing that unwanted ‘stuff’ that is perhaps taking up valuable ‘mental space’ or ‘bandwidth’ in your own consciousness. I talked about observing what is ‘on your consciousness plate’ so to speak, specifically the non productive stuff that is not supportive of the objectives you hope to realize as soon as possible.

We reviewed areas where you may need to do some ‘letting go’ then I shared several tools to use as you work on the replacement process to help you remain in an always on conscious awareness of the ideal you seek to create, .

There is a certain process you must learn to put in place in order to be successful in letting go and aligning with the frequency of your ideal life. Move in these goal supportive elements and they will assist you in making quantum leaps in the direction of the life you would love to live. You could liken all of this to pulling weeds and planting flowers.

In this episode I invite you to look at some of the intangible aspects of character and personality that you may want to include in this process of molding and shaping what you are becoming. Remember, you want to focus on what you are being in order to do and have all that you desire. Listen in to gain more clarity and begin to look at the intangibles you may want to consider.
