In my quiet time I always ask to be open to wisdom, inspiration and guidance to lead me along my way. I do that for this podcast as well so that I may successfully offer you, the listener, content to support you and your desire to experience success and prosperity in every area of your life.
When I was considering the direction I wanted to take you within this episode, I was inspired to simply look around me. Here in my studio office I am surrounded by the energy of many, many personal, professional, spiritual and leadership development books, hundreds actually.
Then, I looked around at my bulletin board and the wall in front of me. Several powerful quotes surround me too and they support me day in and day out.
In this episode, I share a few of those quotes and how they can become words to live by for you when you apply them to your pursuit of the life you would love to live.

Your mind is your greatest asset and the thoughts you think are either the genesis fo what you want to move into your life or the reason that you habitually experience negative conditions, situations, circumstances and events.
In today’s episode I continue to explore the foundation of personal and professional transformation and the proper way to establish it. Just a hint; it doesn’t come from a focus on the results you want to change, it doesn’t come from wallowing around in the puddle of what you don’t want either, yet so many people, even leaders, do just that.

Desire: Identification to Implementation
Today’s episode is all about ‘IN’. Let me explain. We kicked off this new season in the last episode asking the question “What will it be?” or “What are you having?” “Are you ready to place your order?” Which are all questions we hear often as we go about life and living as a patron at stores, restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
If we want to receive what it is we want, we have to identify what we want and communicate what we want to our server in order to receive and experience our selection.
It works the same way when we’re dealing with the infinite and the desires of our heart. In the last episode we talked about identification. This episode is about implementing our intention and moving forward. It’s so important to do this work within. Listening to the inner voice of inspiration, listening to intuition, listening from that center of individuality and infinite intelligence.
