In this episode we finish the chapter on sleep. A very good question to ask yourself is what are you taking to bed with you? Read the first paragraph here again. Aside from always imagining and expecting the best, we are always, intentionally or unintentionally, working with the law as we fall off to sleep each night. The problem is most people will take worries, doubts, concerns and their troubles into their time of slumber. Mixed with fear and any other negative feelings and emotions, we have successfully delivered to the subconscious mind what it believes we want to experience more of the next day when we awake. You see it works both ways.

Isn’t it about time you use this precious gift in a positive, creative way? Establishing a firm foundation of what you want to experience in your life really begins with what you are taking to bed with you.

Law and Its Operation – Part 2 – Feeling is the Secret

In the prior episode we began exploring Neville Goddard’s classic work, Feeling is the Secret. We didn’t get through the whole first chapter in that episode so today’s entry is the balance of chapter one, Law and Its Operation.

This chapter will help you identify one of the biggest areas where people get stuck when it comes to moving their ideas and dreams from the formless world of our imagination into the objective world of form. If you are not yet experiencing the life you would love to live you must devour this information, embody it, comprehend it in every cell and fiber of your being. Don’t just read, study. Don’t just listen, apply and FEEL.

I Am Consciousness – Neville – The Power of Awareness

Yes, I crammed a lot into that title and there’s even more in this episode! I Am taking a deeper dive into enlightenment starting with this show. A dive into WHAT we are. An awakening into conscious awareness of First Cause; Source energy. The power we have in ‘I Am’ and what that means when it comes to manifesting all we would love to be, do and have in our world of form.

It’s time we all begin to wake up to WHAT we are and into the realization that we are creators. What we see in the outer world is a manifestation and an indication of where we are in consciousness and what we’re holding in consciousness, whether we’re aware of it or not.

It’s time to become aware, awake and enlightened. The time to make the move to ‘I AM’ is now.

I often quote George Bernard Shaw who once said:

“Two percent of the people think; three percent of the people think they think; and ninety-five percent of the people would rather die than think.”

Two percent is being generous.

It’s time to let ‘Mind’ do our thinking and give the intellect, which relies way too much on sensory input, a rest. This is how we move from bondage to liberty, getting to know and accepting as our Real Self, the great I Am.

Check Your Filter

Are you getting by consciously or unconsciously? 99% of the people in this world are unconscious competents. Getting by on auto-pilot. You may say  “Well I don’t believe that!” However, If you really take some time to think about this not only will you start to believe it, it will become very obvious to you.

We wake up and say let’s see what happens today rather than deliberately deciding what our day will look like and what experiences will we attract. How about deciding how you feel each and every day? How about setting a deliberate intention for your life and living.

It starts with your thoughts and can be as simple as the words you use, speak and think. It’s about energy. Negative or positive. It’s about replacing thoughts and words that are non-supportive of the way we want to feel and the things we want to experience.

This isn’t about overthinking everything either. This is about being conscious in every moment by mastering your dominant thoughts, your words and monitoring your attitude.

It’s about feeling the way you want to feel every day, intentionally.

What feels better? Being comfortably miserable day in and day out wondering what’s going to happen next or really living your life deliberately and intentionally creating each day in your own way?
