Paradigm Purge III – Mind: Installing Success Programming
Over the last two episodes you have learned exactly what a paradigm is and how it operates as a behind the scenes program directing your habitual behaviour, your habitual thoughts, words and actions. Behaviour is a secondary cause for what is showing up as your results; personally and professionally.
Back of behavior, you will find paradigms, positive and negative paradigms, and they are the root cause for the effect you experience as your results.
I’ve established that just knowing what a paradigm is and identifying a few of your own, is not enough to change anything. This is only ‘identifying the suspect’ so to speak, moving the perhaps hidden paradigm into the light. Once you are aware of them through the exercises I gave in the last episode, you can go about changing them.
What we are really doing is installing new programming. This is a process of find and replace. You must delete the old program so it no longer has any control of the way you function. With this being understood, you can now install programming that assures your success. Programming that is in alignment with all you desire to be, do and have.

Imagination: An Achievement Power Tool
In the last episode I explored the POWER you possess to be, do, and have it all, explaining that it exists right where you are; within you, whether you realize it or not.
When we set out to accomplish our personal and professional goals we have to be aware that there is an order we must follow. Order is the very nature of the universe and it’s no different when it comes to achievement. When you’re aware of the elements of power as I shared with you last week you’ll find that your power is the key to accessing your infinite potential.
While power is something you become aware of, the key to building out the dream is found in the proper use of your imagination. After the identification of the desired objective you’ll want to get to work using this mental and spiritual power tool.

Harmony Within = Achievement and Success

In today’s episode I continue to explore the foundation of personal and professional transformation and the proper way to establish it. Just a hint; it doesn’t come from a focus on the results you want to change, it doesn’t come from wallowing around in the puddle of what you don’t want either, yet so many people, even leaders, do just that.

Personal Success Plan – Paul J Meyer
Like me, you have most likely come across many daily bullet point lists that aim to help keep you on the path of success, achievement, accomplishment and personal and professional development. Most of these list are very good, and if followed, should help you with your daily performance and productivity.
For me, it’s all about the feeling of enthusiasm and passion I feel for what is mine to do. I recently came across another success plan list that stirs up that inner zeal and really helps me to stay focused on my tasks.
It is the Personal Success Plan authored by Paul J. Meyer.
I discovered this success plan because I recently became a franchise partner of Leadership Management International founded by the late Paul J. Meyer who you could argue is really one of the founders of the whole personal development industry.
