Statements – Claiming Our Energy

In today’s episode I speak about a simple process we can use to claim the positive energy we wish to experience and exude as we move through our day. This exercise is foundational. Ending and beginning our day with intentional statements helps us to make a vibrational shift which will have a profound impact on the creative process.

In our personal and professional lives, in our small businesses and within the corporate environment – on a team or in the boardroom – we are ceaselessly making a statement about who we are, where we intend to go and that which we desire to create.

In all begins within the individual yet always has impact and influence on the whole. This is the beginning. the genesis frequency we intentionally establish that will silently move us from where we are now to all we desire to experience.

Inner Dialogue Creates Outer Circumstance

All that inner dialogue that goes on ceaselessly throughout your day needs to match what you want to experience. We can take time for reflection, meditation, study and repeating affirmative statements, but if we don’t monitor the inner chatter so that it remains in harmony with our goals and dreams, we will most likely not experience that which we wish to manifest in the outer world of form.

In today’s episode I explore these words written by Neville Goddard found in Awakened Imagination:

“Inner talking reveals the activities of imagination, activities which are the causes of the circumstances of life. As a rule, man is totally unaware of his inner talking and therefore sees himself not as the cause but the victim of circumstance. To consciously create circumstance, man must consciously direct his inner speech, matching “the still small voice” to his fulfilled desires.”

Exciting stuff. Don’t make living your dream difficult. It all starts inside.

Guard Your Thoughts – You Are Always Attracting

At Ease or Dis – Ease? It’s Your Choice.

As I recorded this episode, there is a lot of craziness going on in the world out there. The big question however, is are you making a conscious choice to participate in it? Guess what? You get to choose YOUR OWN thoughts. You get to decide what actions you will take that serve you best.

In today’s episode I remind my listeners of a few Truths. First of all last time I checked there was only One Presence and One Power. And yes, you get to call IT whatever you want. The keyword here is One. Not Source and something else. What are you giving your power and energy too? What is driving you? Fear or Faith?

The bottom line is Law is Law. Natural, Spiritual and Universal Law is fact and not a theory or opinion. The key here is whatever you think about you bring about. Whatever thought you hold dominant, and bind with feeling and emotion, YOU WILL ATTRACT to you. Law.

So listen in to today’s episode and make the choice to change the channel. Turn the dial in your mind to thoughts of what you do want to experience. Take your thoughts off of what you don’t want to experience. Worry, doubt and fear are feelings and emotions that will pass through you, let them, then focus on only your Good. You are already perfect, whole, healthy and complete!

In today’s episode I take a look at the daily “must do” list or what I call non-negotiables. These are daily activities that must be done no matter what. You could call them good habits.  These non-negotiables must be done every day even if we don’t feel like it, no excuses. We make the time  for them because we know they are a key to our success and whole life prosperity. What are your non-negotiables?

What Are You Doing?

I invite you to really take a look at what you’re doing today. Become mindful of every activity that you choose to participate in. Ask yourself, is this activity productive? Determine if this activity is an efficient use of your time to help move you closer to your goal. While it may be easy to spot the bad habits and identify the activities that are obviously non supportive of your dreams, what about the activities that aren’t necessarily bad?

That’s what today’s episode is about. Going deeper. Moving from the good to the great! Author Jim Collins, on this subject says, “Good is the enemy of the great.”  Think about this. We may move through our day and look back upon it thinking everything we participated in was a good thing and perhaps it was. But did all those good things keep us from doing GREAT things with our time?

I use the example of our study time. We may be immersed in a personal development program and decide to set aside ninety minutes a day for study. We move through our day without a plan but we did get in our ninety minutes of study. So  we sit down and spend an hour with another personal development book unrelated to our study time material. Now this is a good activity but in this scenario it is a non productive activity when it comes to moving us closer to our big dream goal.  This time should be used to participate in activities that have a direct impact on our movement towards our goal.

That’s one way we move from good to great!
