You Already Know Enough – Now It’s Time to Move. The Knowing / Doing Gap
You already know what to do. So why aren’t you doing it?
In this episode of The Genesis Frequency, Dr. Stephen J. Kosmyna explores the Knowing/Doing Gap—the often-frustrating space between what we intellectually know and what we actually put into practice.
We can read the books, attend the seminars, earn the degrees, collect the certifications, and know exactly what steps we should be taking—yet still find ourselves stuck in the same place. Why? Because knowledge alone doesn’t determine our behavior. Much of what we do each day is habitual, influenced by deeply established patterns Bob Proctor called paradigms.
Sometimes the problem isn’t that we need more information. We need to identify the habits, fears, and familiar patterns standing between what we know and what we do.
In this episode, you’ll discover how to recognize that gap, examine the patterns behind your current results, and begin moving from knowledge to action, intention to implementation, and fear to forward movement.
If you know there’s more in you—another level of achievement, contribution, health, prosperity, leadership, or personal fulfillment—this episode is an invitation to stop waiting for someday.
You may already know enough. Your dream may simply be asking you to finally move.

Spring Consciousness Cleaning – Pulling Weeds
Spring Consciousness Cleaning – Pulling Weeds and Planting Flowers
As the season shifts and nature awakens, it’s the perfect time to do some spring cleaning—not just in our homes, but in our minds. In this episode, we explore the idea of mental and emotional renewal using the garden as a metaphor. Just as weeds can overtake a garden and choke out healthy plants, limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns, and outdated mental programming can prevent us from growing into our fullest potential.
Together, we’ll identify the “weeds” in our consciousness—the self-doubt, fear, and disempowering narratives that no longer serve us. More importantly, we’ll talk about how to consciously plant “flowers” in their place—new habits of thought, speech, and action that nurture transformation and align with our goals. By intentionally cultivating a mindset that supports success, joy, and abundance, we create fertile ground for personal growth and fulfillment.
Tune in to learn practical strategies for identifying and uprooting mental patterns that hold you back, while sowing the seeds of positivity and empowerment. It’s time for a mental refresh—out with the old, in with the new!

Three Daily Questions for Success Now
Over the last several episodes I have taken a deep dive into the goal achievement process and how you properly run your goals through a S.M.A.R.T. filter so they meet certain criteria for their rapid achievement. In the last episode I offered a G.P.S., a goal planning system, for your seven day achievement process.
So what about today? It’s here right now. How do you attack the day in the most efficient way so that you effectively, and continuously, accomplish your highest priority tasks?
In this episode, I suggest you ask and answer three critical questions right at the beginning of your day. These questions will hold you accountable and help you identify the activities that have perhaps been stopping you, even holding you back, before you even get started.
This is crucial for individuals, small business owners, and anyone, anywhere on the corporate team; including any and all organizations out there. Also, this is for any and all personal and professional goals that you want to achieve in the shortest amount of time possible.
Listen in now and begin everyday with these three very important questions. You’ll be glad you did.

Paradigm Purging – Imperative for Success and Goal Achievement
You can’t ignore this part of the goal achievement process or you will end up stuck in the same place you have always been. This goes for individuals pursuing their dreams, small business owners seeking growth, and the corporate team seeking to improve performance and productivity while also influencing corporate culture.
There is absolutely no way around this step, yet ironically, most individuals and companies place little or no emphasis on paradigm identification and alteration which is always the root cause of the undesirable results (effect.)
I will spend a few episodes on this topic. In this episode, I will help you to really understand what a paradigm is and why it is imperative that you do this work if you really want to experience success and the realization of all your goals and dreams.
Included in this episode is an exercise you can begin at once to help you identify, personal, professional and corporate paradigms.
Listen in now rather than moving on to unproductive activity that no longer serves you. This is a step you must take.
