The Frequency of Positive Expectancy
Maintaining a state of positive expectancy is a necessary element within the scope of doing things in a ‘Certain Way’ to make manifest the desires of your heart, personally and professionally. The frequency you establish by sustaining a state of positive expectancy is extremely attractive to your goals and aspirations.
William James, the Founder of American Psychology and author of the book “As a Man Thinketh” said: “The one thing that will guarantee the successful conclusion of a doubtful undertaking is faith in the beginning that you can do it.”
To make it more personal he also said it this way. I suggest you write this down and carry it with you, keep it with your written goals too: “Your belief at the beginning of a doubtful undertaking is the one thing that assures the successful outcome of any venture.”
Positive expectancy is synonymous with faith and belief and it’s important to remember its place when it comes to the law of cause and effect. Cause produces an effect. When it comes to expectancy, faith and belief, it’s important to remember the polar opposite state of positive expectancy, which is a negative state, may drawn in undesirable results.
Ask yourself where you are in all of this. Begin your quest by doing things in a ‘Certain Way.’ Establish your frequency now as you make a fresh start. The Vault: Your Connecting Point to Infinite Wisdom and Guidance

Leadership Goal Prep – Mission – Image – Affirmation – Vision
As you start to lay out your course of action, you always want to begin with your mission and vision. What does the big picture look like that is inclusive of all your desires personally and professionally. This is also true for those of you operating a small business or working as an integral element in a corporate environment.
This episode is about laying the groundwork by examining not only your attitude around performance and productivity, but also your attitude as it relates to your infinite potential.
While you should establish a very specific personal and professional big picture goal, you’ll want to start with your overall mission / purpose and vision statement. Also consider your values. Understanding Frequency, Vibration and Manifesting Desires
In this episode we’ll look at ways to sustain the vibrational match of your desire, and the corresponding emotional state, necessary to move you from where you are to where you want to be.
To improve performance and productivity, and to make quantum leaps and experience intentional radical transformation for yourself, your small business or in your corporate environment, it all comes down to vibration and frequency. The bottom line is this; we live in a cause and effect universe. If you don’t like what has been showing up for you as your results and experience, you have to look at the vibrational cause that has produced the undesirable effect.
You must match the vibration of the thing you want and then the thing you want will be yours. This is true. It’s called vibrational alignment. But how do you do that? What exactly is the vibration of the thing you want and how do you match it? How do you remain in the optimal frequency range to manifest your goals, dreams and desires?
This always puzzled me when I first started studying metaphysical principles decades ago and I knew it was something I had to really comprehend to get where I wanted to be.

The Metaphysical Basics of Sales Mastery
In last week’s episode I took you on a field trip so to speak. We went to a place in consciousness where all things are possible. The field of infinite pure potentiality from which all things have proceeded. In that last episode it was my desire to help you move into an always on awareness of Unconditioned Source Energy.
I’ll get back to a continuation of that subject matter next week as it was one of my highest rated shows in a long, long time. Obviously there’s quite a bit of interest in the field of infinite potential and unconditioned source energy.
I also pay attention to comments and questions that come in and I want to be responsive to those through this show.
