Developing Desire and Passion – Step 2
Desire and passion are necessary elements in the pursuit of worthy ideals especially when it comes to making those quantum leaps in the direction of all you desire to experience personally and professionally.
Learning how to develop desire and passion, in yourself and others, is a unique leadership skill that is essential for your desired growth.
In the book “The 5 Pillars of Leadership; How to Bridge the Leadership Gap” by Paul J. Meyer, founder of Leadership Management International and Rand Slechta, LMI’s current CEO, we find this insight:
“The desire and passion with which you and your team members face a challenge is an essential part of the soul of your organization. Without it, you and your team lack spiritual guidance and creative expression. Without desire and passion, there is no intuition; missing is the still small voice within you to provide insight into both situations and people. Without desire and passion, all of your talents and abilities tend to lie fallow and unresponsive; your potential is hidden, buried and dormant.”
In the last episode I got started with step one, this episode focuses on step two, and in the next few episodes, I will take a deep dive into the other five steps to developing desire and passion as shared by these two brilliant authors in this spectacular book. I highly recommend you get your own copy.
Set the intention now to no longer allow your infinite potential to remain hidden, buried and dormant. Commit to not only listening to this podcast but also applying the wisdom shared to your unique situation and taking action based on what you take away from these episodes.

Burning Desire – Imperative
In today’s episode I take a deep dive into an imperative element of the Certain Way to foster radical transformation in your personal and professional life and make quantum leaps when it comes to goal achievement and accomplishing corporate objectives.
This element is burning desire and it is mentioned in every book on leadership development and personal and professional improvement. It is the driving force that will keep you moving day in and day out.
But where does it come from and how do you develop it? In this episode I talk about what is behind burning desire. What is its root cause?
You have to get this pre-step right in the beginning but most are afraid and therefore never end up living the life they would really love to live. Don’t let that be you. Start with the fire that will keep you going every step of the way.
Listen now, it all starts here!

Imagination + Assumption + Feeling = Manifestation – Part Two
In this episode I continue to build a foundation of understanding for you. This is to help move you to a place of clarity when it comes to the laws of cause and effect. Whether you want to make manifest the desires of your heart personally, or achieve professional goals in your corporate environment, you must comprehend the elements of the Certain Way that are universal when it comes to the infrastructure of creative consciousness.
We live in a cause and effect universe. When we cooperate with the laws of cause and effect we find that the realization of our desires are made manifest with ease and grace rather than with stress and strain that rarely, if ever, produces desirable results.
Did you know that you could NOT even have your desires if it were not possible for you to achieve them and experience them in your life? This is about intentionally and consciously molding, shaping and conditioning invisible, infinite, unconditioned substance into the visible, tangible desires of your heart by moving them to a realized experience in a Certain Way.
In this episode I shed more light on the Certain Way talking a little bit more about creative laws, imagination, the law of assumption; and an awareness of our feeling / emotional consciousness. Entering the state of the wish fulfilled is the most powerful thing you can do to make a quantum leap in the direction of your desired experience.
I will continue with this over the next few episodes so don’t miss these. This content has the potential to influence your own transformation in a profound way.
Hit that play button and listen now. You’ll be glad you did.

The Frequency of Positive Expectancy
Maintaining a state of positive expectancy is a necessary element within the scope of doing things in a ‘Certain Way’ to make manifest the desires of your heart, personally and professionally. The frequency you establish by sustaining a state of positive expectancy is extremely attractive to your goals and aspirations.
William James, the Founder of American Psychology and author of the book “As a Man Thinketh” said: “The one thing that will guarantee the successful conclusion of a doubtful undertaking is faith in the beginning that you can do it.”
To make it more personal he also said it this way. I suggest you write this down and carry it with you, keep it with your written goals too: “Your belief at the beginning of a doubtful undertaking is the one thing that assures the successful outcome of any venture.”
Positive expectancy is synonymous with faith and belief and it’s important to remember its place when it comes to the law of cause and effect. Cause produces an effect. When it comes to expectancy, faith and belief, it’s important to remember the polar opposite state of positive expectancy, which is a negative state, may drawn in undesirable results.
Ask yourself where you are in all of this. Begin your quest by doing things in a ‘Certain Way.’ Establish your frequency now as you make a fresh start. Listen in to this episode as I take a deeper dive into all of this in an effort to keep you in alignment with the ‘Certain Way.’ This will assure you make quantum leaps when it comes to your personal, professional and leadership development and goal achievement.
