From Information to Transformation — Becoming the Leader You’re Meant to Be (Part One)
We live in a world overflowing with information — books, trainings, podcasts, and endless advice about how to improve our lives and leadership. Yet many people still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the results they truly want. Why? Because transformation does not happen through information alone.
In this episode of The Genesis Frequency, Dr. Stephen J. Kosmyna explores the powerful shift from knowing to becoming — the inner journey where real personal and leadership growth begins.
This conversation moves beyond productivity tips and surface-level motivation into the deeper work of alignment: learning how our thoughts shape identity, how unconscious patterns influence behavior, and why sustainable change begins within. Stephen unpacks the difference between reaction and response, explains why growth often feels uncomfortable, and reveals how small daily shifts in thinking can create profound long-term transformation.
Whether you lead a team, a business, a ministry, or simply want to lead your own life more intentionally, this episode offers practical insight and reflective exercises you can apply immediately.
If you’ve ever felt like you know what to do but struggle to live it consistently, this message will help you bridge the gap between insight and embodiment — and begin becoming the person your next level of life requires.
This is Part One of a two-part series designed to help you move from awareness into lasting transformation.

The Power of Praxis, Part One: Personal Development
In this episode of The Genesis Frequency, we dive into the concept of Praxis — the integration of belief with behavior. Too many people say they believe one thing yet act in a way that contradicts it. This is the knowing–doing gap, and it keeps us stuck.
Drawing on insights from Bob Proctor, Napoleon Hill, Emerson, and others, we explore how Praxis closes that gap and brings your life into alignment. You’ll discover why Be → Do → Have is the right order of creation, and how misalignment between belief and behavior drains your energy, creates stress, and blocks results.
Through stories of health, finances, and relationships, you’ll see how everyday people shift their identity first, align their actions next, and finally experience the results they’ve longed for.
This episode focuses on personal development: your purpose, your career, your finances, your relationships. Next week, Part Two will take Praxis into leadership and organizational development. Don’t miss it.
Tune in now, and start closing your knowing–doing gap today.

Are You Putting Off Who You Really Want to Be?
In this thought-provoking episode, we dive deep into the power—and the cost—of delay. If you’ve been putting off investing in yourself, whether personally or professionally, this episode is your wake-up call. I pose a crucial question: “How long can you afford to put off who you really want to be and what you really want to do and have?”
This episode isn’t about pressure—it’s about possibility. It’s about getting honest with yourself, reflecting on where you are, where you want to go, and what’s truly holding you back. Through a series of self-discovery questions, I challenge listeners to examine the excuses, the fears, and the missed opportunities that stand between them and their vision.
We also explore why companies often delay leadership development and how that hesitation can stunt growth, innovation, and culture. Whether you’re an individual longing for more or a business leader who knows your team is capable of greater things, this episode is your invitation to take the next step.
If something stirred in you as you listened, let’s talk. Reach out, and let’s explore your vision together—because the cost of waiting may be higher than you think.

Purpose, Mission, Vision = Be, Do, Have
In the last few episodes I mentioned we would briefly touch on purpose, mission and vision statements and the importance of developing your own statements for you personally and for your business, organization or ministry if you don’t already have these.
In this episode I go a little deeper and take you just ‘back of’ purpose, mission and vision and how it relates to ‘be, do, have.’ Then we look to the relationship ‘be, do, have’ has to ‘thought, word, and action.’
As always, the first rule of law is order. So many get these ‘out of order’ then wonder why their results, their life, their business and their goals are ‘out of order’.
Let’s get started now, getting this right, so you can properly be about the business of life and living in an extraordinary way. Going about it all in a Certain Way makes all the difference in the world when it comes to quantum leap goal achievement and radical personal and professional transformation for you and your organization.
In this episode I offer an eleven page PDF on mission, vision and goals.
Listen now and take your life, your company, your ministry; to the next level.

Act As If
“One of the greatest strategies for success is to act as if you already are where you want to be. This means thinking like, talking like, dressing like, acting like and feeling like the person who as already achieved your goal. Acting as if sends powerful commands to your subconscious mind to find creative ways to achieve your goals. It programs the reticular activating system (RAS) in your brain to start noticing anything that will help you succeed, and it sends strong messages to the universe that this end goal is something you really want,” – Jack Canfield in The Success Principles
Act as if the desires of your heart, personally and professionally, are already yours, and you will have taken the first step in making a quantum leap in the direction of all you hope to accomplish and achieve.
This is the being part of the be, do, have model of big dream goal realization. This is your golden key to success in every area of your life,
Listen in as I take a deeper dive into this methodology to help you unlock more of your infinite, innate potential and power. If you consider the alternative you will quickly realize you have everything to gain and nothing to lose by adopting this strategy..
