Inside Out Living and Being
Your seat of power, the power to transform your life, your business and even your company, resides within you. Your mind is your greatest asset and the thoughts you think are either the genesis fo what you want to move into your life or the reason that you habitually experience negative conditions, situations, circumstances and events.
In today’s episode I continue to explore the foundation of personal and professional transformation and the proper way to establish it. Just a hint; it doesn’t come from a focus on the results you want to change, it doesn’t come from wallowing around in the puddle of what you don’t want either, yet so many people, even leaders, do just that.
We’re going through some key points in the Master Key System by Charles F. Haanel. Here’s a take away from today’s episode and a point you should spend some time with this week. Reflect on it, come to know the truth of this. Apply it in your current situation and take action.
“The world within is governed by mind. When we discover this world we shall find the solution for every problem, the cause for every effect; and since the world within is subject to our control, all laws of power and possession are also within our control.”

Transformation: Above and Beyond Your Story
Your seat of power, the power to transform your life, your business and even your company, resides within you. We want to apprehend the wisdom gained from our stories and past experiences but move on from the bondage that keeps so many of us attached to our stories making it impossible to move forward and truly transform our lives.
Today we begin by looking in the right place in the right way. Today we move into the realization of the seat of power we all have right where we are.

EPISODE 300: The Story of My Death and Resurrection – Part One
To celebrate this milestone, episode number three hundred, I share a snapshot of my story which I often refer to as my trilogy of tribulation that lead to my transformation.
I came to realize that not all my current listeners were listeners back in the beginning or have not gone to my website and scrolled back to my first episode when I originally shared my story. This seemed like a good time to do it again being six years in with this podcast.
This is about coming right up to death’s door, overcoming challenges, battling myself, moving mountains and coming out on top.
I won’t spoil it here in this write up. This episode is a bit longer than most of my episodes but I encourage you to listen to the whole thing. This is about knowing we all have our stories and our history and we all have the power to make a new choice, a different choice and begin again by not being a prisoner to our old story.
This is about knowing how powerful you are and that the power lies in your ability to make a choice in every moment.
Please listen, comment and share and come back next week as I wrap it up and move back into The Master Key.
And thank you all for listening to my show.

From Nothing to Something?
We all say it.
“It came out of nowhere, out of thin air I had this idea, out of the blue it showed up, there was nothing there when I left but when I came back there it was…”
And on and on it goes. We have this experience over and over again, yet we don’t believe our dreams can be realized, our goals can be accomplished, or our corporate objectives achieved. We have faith in what we worry about, faith in what we fear and strong beliefs surrounding all of our doubts, especially doubting what is possible for us to experience when it comes to the life we would love to live.
It all comes from somewhere. We don’t get what we experience from nothing although many times it appears that way. Everything has its beginning in thought, but this piece today is not simply another episode around cause and effect. Consider yourself. Where were you before you became you, before you were conceived or before you were born or before you were conscious? I assure you, you did not come from nothing.
As you begin to consider this and sit with these questions in the stillness of your quiet time, it is my hope that you will come to know how infinitely spectacular you truly are and how you must engage and develop those elements in your experience that seem to come out of nowhere and show up as ideas. You were meant to and in them lies your greatest gifts.
Listen now for a deeper dive into all of the above.

Developing Desire and Passion – Step 5
This episode will wrap up this mini-series about learning how to develop desire and passion, in yourself and others, and how it is a unique leadership skill that is essential for your desired growth.
I shared how desire and passion are necessary elements in the pursuit of worthy ideals especially when it comes to making those quantum leaps in the direction of all you desire to experience personally and professionally.
I shared key points from the book “The 5 Pillars of Leadership; How to Bridge the Leadership Gap” by Paul J. Meyer, founder of Leadership Management International and Rand Slechta, LMI’s current CEO, here’s one that relates to our series topic:
“The desire and passion with which you and your team members face a challenge is an essential part of the soul of your organization. Without it, you and your team lack spiritual guidance and creative expression. Without desire and passion, there is no intuition; missing is the still small voice within you to provide insight into both situations and people. Without desire and passion, all of your talents and abilities tend to lie fallow and unresponsive; your potential is hidden, buried and dormant.”
In the last episode I explored step four, this episode focuses on step five, our final step. It’s about going to work deliberately, every day, on our desired objective. Working harder. I really suggest going back and listening to all five of these episodes together and join me as I take a deep dive into all five steps to developing desire and passion as shared by these two brilliant authors in this spectacular book. I highly recommend you get your own copy.
Set the intention now to no longer allow your infinite potential to remain hidden, buried and dormant. Commit to not only listening to this podcast but also applying the wisdom shared to your unique situation and taking action based on what you take away from these episodes.
