Over the last several episodes I have taken a deep dive into the goal achievement process and how you properly run your goals through a S.M.A.R.T. filter so they meet certain criteria for their rapid achievement. In the last episode I offered a G.P.S., a goal planning system, for your seven day achievement process.
So what about today? It’s here right now. How do you attack the day in the most efficient way so that you effectively, and continuously, accomplish your highest priority tasks?
In this episode, I suggest you ask and answer three critical questions right at the beginning of your day. These questions will hold you accountable and help you identify the activities that have perhaps been stopping you, even holding you back, before you even get started.

Paradigm Purging – Imperative for Success and Goal Achievement
You can’t ignore this part of the goal achievement process or you will end up stuck in the same place you have always been. This goes for individuals pursuing their dreams, small business owners seeking growth, and the corporate team seeking to improve performance and productivity while also influencing corporate culture.
There is absolutely no way around this step, yet ironically, most individuals and companies place little or no emphasis on paradigm identification and alteration which is always the root cause of the undesirable results (effect.)
I will spend a few episodes on this topic. In this episode, I will help you to really understand what a paradigm is and why it is imperative that you do this work if you really want to experience success and the realization of all your goals and dreams.

Leadership Goal Prep – Mission – Image – Affirmation – Vision
As you start to lay out your course of action, you always want to begin with your mission and vision. What does the big picture look like that is inclusive of all your desires personally and professionally. This is also true for those of you operating a small business or working as an integral element in a corporate environment.
This episode is about laying the groundwork by examining not only your attitude around performance and productivity, but also your attitude as it relates to your infinite potential.
While you should establish a very specific personal and professional big picture goal, you’ll want to start with your overall mission / purpose and vision statement. Also consider your values. When these pieces are put in place you can get to work on your goals, making sure they are in alignment with the mission / purpose / vision. Your goals should always support your vision and the life you would love to lead.
When you consider the life experience, personally and professionally, that you would love to lead, you must also consider your self image. Begin at once to imagine and build a new one if necessary, casting away any negative attitudes and all that is not supportive of your ultimate, ideal vision.

The Metaphysical Basics of Sales Mastery
In last week’s episode I took you on a field trip so to speak. We went to a place in consciousness where all things are possible. The field of infinite pure potentiality from which all things have proceeded. In that last episode it was my desire to help you move into an always on awareness of Unconditioned Source Energy.
I’ll get back to a continuation of that subject matter next week as it was one of my highest rated shows in a long, long time. Obviously there’s quite a bit of interest in the field of infinite potential and unconditioned source energy.
I also pay attention to comments and questions that come in and I want to be responsive to those through this show. This episode does a little bit of a zig zag as I speak about the application of some basic metaphysical principles to the sales process. You’ll find that the starting point in sales is identical to where we start in the process of achieving any goal, personally and / or professionally.
